Koicarpkeeper. Put the new seal in the same way the old one is fitted. I assume you were going to ask about oil - use 5W30 to Vauxhall specification. Once the pulley is off you will have a gap to carefully use a screwdriver to pop the seal out. Some people have used a self tapper into it and a pair of pliers.
